Chocolate Surprise Who doest love chocolate definitely their will no one from kids to older people all love chocolate, so this  is a very easy and home  made recipe anybody can make it at home. Chocolate  Surprise is a really very easy recipe , you don't need  much special ingredients and even utensils . Easy to make within 20 min , add it as starter @ yours kids birthday party , kids are going to love it. Make it with a variations using various shapes or character. This Chocolate is surely going to surprise.  Its very hard to wash hands every time to take  pictures. Although I have managed to take a few  Ingredients:- 1 . Falafel Falafel is a Lebanese deep fried balls or patties made from white chickpeas/ kabuli chana. I tried it out and it really turned out very well , just go with the procedure step by step The recipe which i am sharing i have added my Personal  touch to it by adding many Indian things. As a healthier option i shallow fried the patty but you can even deep fried it. Ingredients: 1 . Chickpeas - 1 cup cooked 2 . Onion        -  1 finely chopped 3 . Ginger garlic paste  - 3 tsp 4 . Coriender & Cumin powder  - 2 tsp 5 . Red chilli powder  - 1 tsp 6 . Black pepper powder  - 1/2 tsp 7 . Maida or Whole wheat flour  - 3 tbsp 8 . Lemon juice  - 1 tbsp 9 . Salt  - 1 tsp 10 . Oil  - as required for shallow fry 11 . Bread crumbs  - 1/2 cup 12 . Water   - If Needed. Procedure :- 1 . Combine All the ingreindts in a bowl . 2 . Mash the Chickpeas and mix everything well. 3  . Khandvi / Surali Vadi Suralachi vadi (the Maharashtrian version of khandvi) Khandvi is Gujarati delicacy made using Gram Flour/Chickpea Powder and flavoured with tempering of mustard, sesame seeds, spicy green chillies, sweet coconut  Ingredients:- FOR THE KHANDVI / Suralichi Vadi 1 . Gram flour  :- 1 Cup (16 tbs) 2 . Yogurt   :- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) 3 . Water  :- 2 Cup (32 tbs) 4 . Salt  :- 1 Pinch (to taste) 5 . Ginger paste :-  1 Teaspoon 6 . Green chili paste  :- 1 Teaspoon 7 . Shahi Roll Basically it a without Gas Sweet very simple and easy to make, can make it any time , best for festive season it will definitely add a variation in your sweet .  Ingredients:- 1 . Roasted Split Chickpeas       : 1 cup 2 . Milk powder                         : 1 cup 3 . Powdered sugar                    : 1 cup 4 . Shredded Coconut               : 1/2 cup 5 . Some time you just need a cupcake that you know every one will love. Quantity: 12 piece of muffins. INGREDIENTS:  1 . Butter  - 200 gm { room temperature } 2 . Sugar  - 200 gm 3 . Eggs   - 3            {optional} 4 . Vanilla Essence  - 3 drops 5 . Maida (All purpose flour) - 200 gm 6 . Baking Powder  - 1 tabel spoon 7 . Chocklate Chips  - 1 cup { as much as you want } 8 . Coffe powder  - Instant Coffee powder 2 tabel spoon. PROCEDURE: 1 . Take a bowl add BUTTER and SUGAR mix them well. 2 . Then add EGGS and VANILLA ESSENCE mix it well and keep the batter aside. 3 . Mix all the dry ingredients in the above mixture batter  BAKING POWDER , MAIDA &      CHOCOLATE CHIPS , add one by one slowly and mix it well with each other  4 .
