Tandoori Chicken Ingredients:- 1. Chicken Drumsticks                                     4 to 5  2. Yogurt                                                          1 cup 3. Salt                                                               2 teaspoon 4. Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri) preferred     3 tablespoon 5. lemon juice                                                  1 full lemon 6. Garam Masala                                              3 tbsp 7. Mustard Oil / Mustard paste                       3 tablespoon 8. Ginger Garlic Paste                                     4 tablespoon Procedure: 1. Remove skin from the chicken drumstick.(or if any one like it can also keep it.)     some of them like chicken with skin and some without, so its up to you. 2. SMALL INTRODUCTION: One of the most popular snack in India. It is available in most snacks shops/sweet shops. I am not sure of the original recipe. I think its all about the kind of spices/masala added with the filling. It is quite simple and not too much time and stress etc., I tried to take samosa making photos but its very hard to wash hands every time to take  pictures. Although I have managed to take a few. Samosa is a street food in India, so you can get it every where. like cheese curds in Wisconsin. But when I moved to United States, almost after a week, I saw the samosa in Indian grocery shop. When I tasted it they were not the same samosas how it used to be in India. After that I thought I can make much better than what we get here. HYDERABADI CHICKEN BIRYANI

Hyderabadi chicken Biryani.   Ingredients :  Chicken                 500 grams  Onion sliced          4 large  Shahi jeera             half tsp  Saffron strand        5 - 6 nos.  Milk                        1 / 4 cup  Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp  Salt                         as per required red chilli powder     2 tbsp Yogurt                     1 cup  Pure ghee               6 tbsp Chopped  fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp.  Procedure   ( 1 ). Heat pan and add onion in a kadhi. Fry it till becams  golden brown colour. Allow it to cool and set aside.  ( 2 ) soak saffron in milk.  (  3 ) rub ginger garlic paste into chicken pieces add salt. Red  chili powder. Garam masala. Jeera Coriender powder. Crushed onions. Yogurt and 2 tbsp of ghee.
