WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Whole Wheat Bread This easy one - rise bread is ready in 90 minutes. No mixer ? just mix it in a bowl by hand but knead longer,about 150 turns. I just love baking whole wheat bread at home , cause it jus so simple and we know the ingredients what are their in it,usually store bought bread contain toons of ingredients which we had not even heard before.I don't buy bread any more. Veg Manchurian                                              Veg Manchurian is an popular indo Chinese recipe. I love indo Chinese food , so much that , in my teens i would make this often at home and invite my friends SNEHAL, SMITA, MADHU and relatives to have it, usually i make dry Manchurian but you can add water and make the gravy too. One of my three favorite indo Chinese recipes are panner chilli.,Hakka noodles, veg Manchurian. In many authentic Chinese restaurant in USA i did not find this indo Chinese  dish  expect in Indian restaurant. I think this indo Chinese dishes we only get in India not even in china. Basically Veg Manchurian is a grated or minced veggies , so you can add as many veggies as you want. the toughest part in making Veg Manchurian are making the balls,I have had many disaster with balls, sometime they would be perfect and sometime not.i have been trying this recipe since i was in 6 th grade.So this recipe is a tried and tested recipe , like m

Vada Pav ( Indian Street Food )

                             Vada Pav Vada Pav is one of the most popular snak dish of  Maharashtra.  Here is a Simple recipe. Ingredients for Vada : 3 big potatoes (Boiled and mashed) 1 onion (finely chopped) finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seed pinch of asafetida 7-8 curry leaves 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 green chili (finely chopped) 1/3 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp dry mango powder 1 tsp lemon juice salt to taste Ingredients for batter :- 1 cup gram flour 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp oil 1/8 tsp baking powder salt to taste pinch of asafetida oil for deep frying Method for making Vada : Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seed , curry leaves and asafetida. After mustard seed starts to crackle add green chili and ginger garlic paste. Then add finely chopped onion. Saute it for 30 second. Then add mashed potatoes , salt ,lemon juice and turmeric powder.

   SOUTH WEST SALAD Ingredients: 1 . Black Bean- 1 cup  Boiled Drained & rinsed. 2 . Green onion     -  1 finely chopped 3 . Corn   - 1 Boiled Drained & rinsed 4 . Cilantro    - finely chopped 5 . Ranch 6 . Black pepper powder  - 1/2 tsp 7 . Tomatos   - 1  chopped 8 . Lemon juice  - 1 tbsp 9 . Salt  - 1 tsp 10. Cheddar Cheese : as much you like 11. Olive Oil - 1 tbsp 12. Avocado - finely Instructions:- 1 . Take a salad bowl      combine  Black beans , Corn , Green onion,      Tomatos , Avocado .  2 .Then add Lime juice, olive oil  , Salt, Black      pepper powder.  3 . Mix everything together nicely and you      add any other seasoning as per your choice.  4 . At last add some grated cheddar cheese,      and ranch. Tip:-  This mixture can refrigerate for 3 days in an air tight container. You can even add some cooked (grilled ) chicken in this salad.
