Whole Wheat Bread

This easy one - rise bread is ready in 90 minutes.
No mixer ? just mix it in a bowl by hand but knead longer,about 150 turns.
I just love baking whole wheat bread at home , cause it jus so simple and we know the ingredients what are their in it,usually store bought bread contain toons of ingredients which we had not even heard before.I don't buy bread any more.

Cook ing time : 30 min
Total Time : 1 hour 3o min





Ingredients :

Whole Wheat Flour :- 2 cups

All Purpose Flour    :-1/2 cup

Instant Yeast /Dry active yeast :- 1 packet (7 grams)

Sugar :- 2 Tablespoon 

Salt    :- 1 Teaspoon

Egg   :-  2

Vegetable oil :- 2 Tablespoon

Milk  :- 1 cup heated


Instructions:









1 .Place all dry ingredients together 
   Flour, yeast,sugar & salt in a large mixing bowl.







2 .Stir in milk, after that oil and then egg
   add everything one after other.

3  .Beat with a hand mixer on a high speed for 2 min,

4  .Place dough on floured surface and knead 60 turns.

5  .Cover and let rest 10 minutes

6  .Shape dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.

7  .Cover and let rise in a warm spot until it,s one inch taller than 
     the pan

8  .place for 35 minutes

9  .preheat oven to 375 dec f 

10  .Bake for 35 minutes

11  .After it cools down remove the bread from the loaf pan
and cut it accordingly.


Tips:-

Egg and Oil must be at room temperature
Aerate your flour before measuring.
If you don't have electric mixer  don't worry use your hand for kneading
but knead for longer time.
If you don't have a Bread Loaf Pan don't worry ,just make the shape of a bread as you want rectangle and it will be according to it , i have shared both photos with pan n without pan.
we can even add some sesame seed on the dough before baking as it will give a nice look and taste as well.
