GAJAR HALWA (CARROT HALWA)

GAJAR HALWA We usually make this Gajar Halwa during Winters. It's a very popular sweet dish. I have learned this recipe from my mom , during winters she always makes this recipe as carrots in the market are very tender and juicy during winters. This is the traditional recipe with just full fat milk , ghee and sugar to make , you won't need condensed milk(khoya) . I am sharing the traditional  method here. But with step by step pictures. You can use any variety of carrots just make sure to use tender gajar which lends to sweet aroma and yield a soft mouth melting halwa.
