White , Red & Green Gravy

White, Red and Green Gravy Ingredients: for grinding 1. Onion : 4 to 5 cut it into small piece 2. Ginger : 1/2 tsp granted 3 . Garlic : 8 to 9  4 . Green chilli :  3 to 4 5 .Cashew : 15 to 20 6 . Dahi ( yogurt ) : 1/2 cup White Gravy 1 . oil / butter : 2 tbsp 2 . Garam masala : 1/2 tsp 3 . coriander & cumin powder : 1 tsp 4. Salt , sugar , black pepper : according to taste. Green Gravy 1 . oil / butter : 2 tbsp 2 . Spinach puree : boil spinach 12-14 leaves in hot boiling water for 1 minute ,                               Remove form hot water and put in cold water n then grind in mixer. 3 .Salt , sugar , black pepper : according to taste. 4 . Fresh cream or : 1 tbsp. 5 . Grated cheese : 2 tbsp Red Gravy 1 .Butter :1 tbsp 2 . Tomato puree: 1/2 cup (2 tomato cut in  small piece and remove the stem add 3 tbsp water and cook it till they are soft and then blend it till smooth puree 3 .Red chilli powde

Chocolate Mousse

CHOCKLATE MOUSSE Ingredients: 1 . Chocolate : 1/3 cup 2 . Water : 1 tbsp 3 . Instant Espresso powder 1/3 tsp 4 . Unsalted Butter : 1 tbsp 5 . Egg yolk :1 6 . Egg white : 1 7 . Vanilla Extract : 1/2 tsp 8 . Granulated sugar : 2 tbsp 9 . Heavy Cream : 1/2 cup serves 2 Double the ingredients for more no. Procedure: 1 . In a bowl whisk heavy cream until it forms stuff peak, set in the fridge. 2 . In a small bowl , whisk the egg yolk and sugar for 2 to 3 min , it becomes thick and pale in color      and sugar dissolves. 3 . Take a double boiler and add chocolate , water , espresso and butter and over very low heat.      Cook everything until chocolate melts. 4 .Spoon 1/4 of the chocolate into the egg yolk mixture and mix it to combine.    Pour the egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler and vanilla extract and stir constantly. 5 .
