Chocolate Mousse


CHOCKLATE MOUSSE




Ingredients:

1 . Chocolate : 1/3 cup

2 . Water : 1 tbsp

3 . Instant Espresso powder 1/3 tsp

4 . Unsalted Butter : 1 tbsp

5 . Egg yolk :1

6 . Egg white : 1

7 . Vanilla Extract : 1/2 tsp

8 . Granulated sugar : 2 tbsp

9 . Heavy Cream : 1/2 cup

Double the ingredients for more no.

Procedure:

1 . In a bowl whisk heavy cream until it forms stuff peak, set in the fridge.


2 . In a small bowl , whisk the egg yolk and sugar for 2 to 3 min , it becomes thick and pale in color      and sugar dissolves.

3 . Take a double boiler and add chocolate , water , espresso and butter and over very low heat.
     Cook everything until chocolate melts.

4 .Spoon 1/4 of the chocolate into the egg yolk mixture and mix it to combine.
   Pour the egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler and vanilla extract and stir constantly.


5 . In a small bowl , whisk the egg white until it form stiff peaks.


6 . Fold the egg white in the cooled chocolate mixture.

7 . Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped heavy cream 
Do not over mix otherwise the heavy cream will louse its texture.

pour the mixture in the cup & refrigerate for 6 to 8 Hr.
