White , Red & Green Gravy

White, Red and Green Gravy Ingredients: for grinding 1. Onion : 4 to 5 cut it into small piece 2. Ginger : 1/2 tsp granted 3 . Garlic : 8 to 9  4 . Green chilli :  3 to 4 5 .Cashew : 15 to 20 6 . Dahi ( yogurt ) : 1/2 cup White Gravy 1 . oil / butter : 2 tbsp 2 . Garam masala : 1/2 tsp 3 . coriander & cumin powder : 1 tsp 4. Salt , sugar , black pepper : according to taste. Green Gravy 1 . oil / butter : 2 tbsp 2 . Spinach puree : boil spinach 12-14 leaves in hot boiling water for 1 minute ,                               Remove form hot water and put in cold water n then grind in mixer. 3 .Salt , sugar , black pepper : according to taste. 4 . Fresh cream or : 1 tbsp. 5 . Grated cheese : 2 tbsp Red Gravy 1 .Butter :1 tbsp 2 . CHOCKLATE MOUSSE Ingredients: 1 . Chocolate : 1/3 cup 2 . Water : 1 tbsp 3 . Instant Espresso powder 1/3 tsp 4 . Unsalted Butter : 1 tbsp 5 . Egg yolk :1 6 . Egg white : 1 7 . Vanilla Extract : 1/2 tsp 8 . Granulated sugar : 2 tbsp 9 . Heavy Cream : 1/2 cup serves 2 Double the ingredients for more no. Procedure: 1 . In a bowl whisk heavy cream until it forms stuff peak, set in the fridge. 2 . In a small bowl , whisk the egg yolk and sugar for 2 to 3 min , it becomes thick and pale in color      and sugar dissolves. 3 . Take a double boiler and add chocolate , water , espresso and butter and over very low heat.      Cook everything until chocolate melts. 4 .Spoon 1/4 of the chocolate into the egg yolk mixture and mix it to combine.    Pour the egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler and vanilla extract and stir constantly. 5 . Mango Mastani Thick Mango shake with ice-cream , Mastani is a dessert drink originated in pune and is very popular. The drink is probably named after pekhwa bajirao;s wife Mastani . Mango Mastani is rich and satisfying dessert.  As i am always craving for this recipe, i used to enjoy this mastani in pune @ sujata mastani  & Agatya (tulshi bagh) , however after moving to USA , i was totally missing it , so i m sharing this mango masatani recipe with step by step  with photo. Ingredients : 1 . Mango : 3 to 3.5  cup ripped mango, roughly chopped. 2 . Milk : 1/5 cup full fat , cold 3 . Vanila / Mago ice cream : 6 to 7 scoop 4 . Sugar : 3 tsp 5 . Almond : 6 to 7 sliced  6 . Mawa Modak / Pedha "Ganapati Bappa Morya" Happy Ganesh Chaturti to all of you . Modak is Lords ganesh favorite food , it is offered to him during ganapati festival. During Ganesh Chaturthi mainly steamed modak and fried modal are made. there are other modak's varieties which are also made like chocolate modal, rava modak , dry fruits modak. Usually the mixture is made and then shaped into modak using the mould. This is a quick simple modak recipe and gets ready in microwave lcomes handy if you don't have much time. I have learned this recipe from my friend Kimaya Chaubal, I really thanks her for teaching me this delicious easy modak/pedha recipe and sharing this with you all. Ingredients:- 1 .
